Whole in a Part

Whole in a Part
Visvanathan Balasaravanan

Stretching
far far away,
very far away,
(like the first-love joy)
The Universe.

Universe.
The whole.
Where shall I fix its boundary?
For any big THING, will have its boundary.
May be after many solar systems,
so many galaxies and so many…

Its boundary I shall find.

What will after that boundary be?

A uni-Universe, shall I assume.
Again, beyond uni-Univese?
May be
non-ending space…
or non-ending boundary after boundaries
and even then,
everything, being a single THING,
has its boundary.

Where is it?

Small small things…
the smallest thing…
The Atom.

The indivisible Part – as they say.
Divided the small thing
into much smaller things;
electrons, protons, neutrons.

What’s an electron or
its colleagues, inside?
For any small THING
will have something Inside.

What’s Inside ‘that something’?
a some-Something, shall I assume.
Again, inside some-Something?

Can
The Boundary of the Universe be Inside an Atom? *

How can I
end?
When I think of
endless THINGS…

Naked Dreams

Naked Dreams
Visvanathan Balasaravanan

Those sensuous lines of
John Keats, who lives
in my bookshelves

the dancing ‘jimiki’
in a girl’s ears

bright Black in everything;
the nothing of light

haunting memories
that rushes my
adrenaline

spontaneous watering
on seeing
a beautiful girl

spending twenty-five hours
a day,
playing with kids

the romantic red-blue clouds
of the evening west

the moody white-blue clouds
of the evening east

cute wrinkles of my
grandpa’s face,
which urges me to pinch

the deserted room, of my home
factory of my creative works

tasty smell of
archive books,
in between its pages

the smell
before and after
a pluvial scene

moon light
over the rooftop

fresh green trees
after bathing in
rain

soothing sodium vapour lamps’
rays of
patience and satisfaction in life

soft and calm
terracotta of Buddha

window seats of
city bus with
long rides

shiny black crow
flying through the
white bright clouds

…more, when I like more……

God can't be everywhere,

God can't be everywhere,
Visvanathan Balasaravanan

to
Synonym of God

Moist gale.
Hizzing drizzles.
Shying trees.

is waiting half-felt.
My feel is incomplete.

The garden
hugged me inside itself.
Sky above is mostly green than blue;
of dense branches and,
of leaves of trees
Long citybus journey, I make.
through God's vacation spot.
Window seat, I prefer.
Images that trespass through it:
Wet tree trunk. Fresh traffic signboards.
Flowered platforms. Tall buildings.
Mobile Chat-outlets. Chatters on mobile.
Families. Friends. Boys. Girls. Kids.
Attached lovers in motorcycles.
And the girl in the window
of the other citybus.

Where shall I express my feeling
without you?

It's human nature to share.
I can't register these scenes,
without sharing them with you.
MG Road platform walk.
Brigade road rush.
Iskcon difference.
Peaceful churches.
Sensuous whitefield homes.
The pluvial scenes.

Through all these,
I walked with your shadow.
Just only your shadow. I miss you.

To explain you there,
I am rehearsing here.
To make you feel,
I am sensing it here.
Everyday after work,
I can't deliver
my narration of that day
without you.
The new machines.
The new work.
The new workspace.
You need to know all these.
I need to tell you all these.

To meet you there,
I am waiting here.

They say,
God can't be everywhere,
that's why he made mothers.
Ma,
I miss you.
I need you.
I feel empty
without you.

Yes, now I understand...
you can't be with me always,
that's why,
you made me believe in God.
